We are looking for a responsible and well‑organised Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a structured environment. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting the team in achieving business goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and assist in organising company events such as birthday celebrations, company trips, annual dinners, and other internal activities.

Arrange flight tickets and hotel reservations for company‑related travel.

Handle and manage service contracts with external vendors and service providers (e.g. security services, cleaning services, landscaping, Telekom, TNB, and other utilities).

Manage issuance, inventory, and records of company uniforms.

Coordinate and manage company property matters including condominiums, vehicles, land & buildings, and house rentals.

Coordinate company and employee insurance matters (medical, vehicle, and other related insurance).

Process and coordinate employee claims including medical claims, allowances, and other reimbursements.

Record, monitor, and tabulate employees’ daily attendance and leave records.

Update, maintain, and ensure accuracy of employee personal information and personnel records.

Liaise and handle matters related to government agencies and local authorities (e.g. IWK, Land Office, Air Selangor, local municipal councils, and other relevant authorities).

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess at least a diploma in a related field or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). Computer literate.

Experience on SAP system is an added advantage.

Must be strong in self‑discipline with a positive working attitude.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Own a valid driving licence.
