Job summary

A local seafood restaurant in Johor, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced administrative assistant. The candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, prepare meeting materials, and assist supervisors with scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess good communication skills. This position requires adherence to fixed working hours from Saturday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience is an advantage.

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, document filing, and office supplies management.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, preparation of materials, and visitor reception.
  • Follow up on reimbursement claims, payment requests, and basic accounting documents.

Saturday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Alternate Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Due to the operational requirements of the restaurant, the above working hours are fixed. Only candidates who are able to accept these working hours are encouraged to apply.
