Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and support communication between various teams.
  • Assist in staff attendance tracking and support onboarding activities.
  • Work with the team to ensure accurate stock reporting across branches.
Job description
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document control.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and internal communications.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
2. HR & Payroll Support (if required)
  • Assist in staff attendance tracking, leave applications, and preparation of shift schedules.
  • Maintain and update staff training records for food safety, GMP, hygiene, and production procedures.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
3. General Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate and support communication between Production, Warehouse, QA, Purchasing, and Management teams.
  • Assist managers with administrative tasks, documentation, and project coordination.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient information flow across all departments.
4. Branch Audit & SOP Compliance (Additional Responsibility)
  • Work with the team to ensure accurate stock reporting across all branches.
  • Assist in conducting or supporting internal audits for branches (documentation checks, stock accuracy, compliance records).
  • Follow up with all branches to ensure company SOPs are implemented and adhered to.
  • Prepare summary reports on audit findings and SOP compliance for management review.
