- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document control.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general correspondence.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and internal communications.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
2. HR & Payroll Support (if required)
- Assist in staff attendance tracking, leave applications, and preparation of shift schedules.
- Maintain and update staff training records for food safety, GMP, hygiene, and production procedures.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
3. General Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate and support communication between Production, Warehouse, QA, Purchasing, and Management teams.
- Assist managers with administrative tasks, documentation, and project coordination.
- Ensure smooth and efficient information flow across all departments.
4. Branch Audit & SOP Compliance (Additional Responsibility)
- Work with the team to ensure accurate stock reporting across all branches.
- Assist in conducting or supporting internal audits for branches (documentation checks, stock accuracy, compliance records).
- Follow up with all branches to ensure company SOPs are implemented and adhered to.
- Prepare summary reports on audit findings and SOP compliance for management review.
