As an Admin Executive at Childhood, you will support the daily operations of our nostalgic snack & retail brand across all states. We are looking for someone reliable, well‑organized, and passionate about creating structure behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
General Administration
  • Handle all office paperwork, forms, and documentation
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare letters, memos, and basic reports
Operations Support
  • Coordinate between outlets and HQ for stock, marketing items, and maintenance
  • Track submission of daily and weekly outlet reports
  • Follow up on pending tasks or approvals from outlet leaders
HR & Compliance
  • Assist with staff onboarding, attendance tracking & HR file updates
  • Ensure timely submission of documents for payroll, MC, or leave
Procurement & Office Supplies
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies
  • Liaise with vendors for stationery, printing, or equipment needs
Other Duties
  • Assist in ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Operations or HR teams
  • Support event admin tasks or seasonal promotions
