Job description

We are looking for an Admin Assistant (Sales) to join our team. You will assist our Sales Manager in working on projects in the region. This is a Hybrid role with WFO (Singapore) and WFH (JB).

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating good progress in learning the company's products.
• Boosting the company's revenue by approaching new leads.
• Assisting with projects, e.g., quotes, technical specifications, costing, etc.
• Following up with customers and suppliers on projects.
• Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Support colleagues on leave.
• And other ad‑hoc duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Occasional travel for work.
• Driving license.
• A degree in Engineering/Business, with 3 years of experience in B2B sales, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• B2B sales experience and experience with AutoCAD will be remunerated accordingly.

As we are in the food manufacturing industry, you should be comfortable entering raw meat factories with beef and pork.
