Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, cleanliness of the workstation/ office, good function of office equipment and facilities.
