Qualifications
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Valid driver's license
Responsibilities / Scopes
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, cleanliness of the workstation/ office, good function of office equipment and facilities.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
