Job summary

A local trading company in Selangor is seeking an Admin & Accounts Assistant to handle daily administrative and accounting tasks. This role requires basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with SQL Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, and work independently while ensuring documents are updated and filed correctly. Benefits include a flexible working style and annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge/experience in accounting or admin roles.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks on time.
  • Good attitude, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Work with SQL system, including PI, CI, PO, DO, book rates, and related entries.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams.
  • Ensure documents and records are properly updated and filed.
  • Assist in general office operations whenever needed.

Skills

Basic knowledge/experience in accounting or admin roles
Familiar with SQL Accounting
Good attitude, able to work independently
Responsible and punctual
Job description

Location: Oasis Square
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
(On lighter days, you may leave at 5:00pm)

  • Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks
  • Work with SQL system, including PI, CI, PO, DO, book rates, and related entries
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams
  • Ensure documents and records are properly updated and filed
  • Assist in general office operations whenever needed
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge/experience in accounting or admin roles
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks on time
  • Good attitude, able to work independently
  • Preferably someone with good attendance and not frequently taking MCs
