TN Group is seeking an experienced Admin to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and client services teams, ensuring efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Supporting the sales team with various administrative duties, such as preparing proposals and claims.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
What we’re looking for
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or client services role; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
