Job summary

A leading manufacturer of adhesive products based in Selangor seeks a skilled individual for R&D roles focused on developing Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) and tape products. You'll be tasked with formulating innovations based on customer needs and market trends, providing technical support to production teams, and ensuring documentation complies with quality standards. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and possess experience in adhesives or polymer products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in adhesives or polymer-based products.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and formulation development.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Formulate new Pressure Sensitive Adhesive and tape products.
• Provide technical support to Production and Quality Control teams.
• Conduct physical and performance testing of adhesives.
• Research new technologies to enhance product performance.
• Maintain systematic documentation of formulations and test results.
