A trusted office solutions provider is seeking an Account Assistant and Senior Account & HR Executive in Johor. The ideal candidate will manage full sets of accounts, assist in payroll preparation, and ensure compliance with SST and E-Invoice regulations. Proficiency in SQL Accounting and MS Office is essential, alongside strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of SST and E-Invoice regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems and work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger.
  • Handle staff onboarding, exit and monthly payroll preparation.
  • Ensure timely preparation of statutory submissions & payments.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL Accounting
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Strong analytical thinking

Education

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy
