MSD Business Service Centers (BSCs) are responsible for timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSC Asia Pacific in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia will execute and deliver broad financial services across MSD business divisions and markets for the AP region.

What You Will Do

• Accounts Payable processing and vendor management.
• Accounts Receivable processing and customer cash application.
• Master Data Management for finance and vendor master data.
• Time & Expenses (EEM) processing and reporting.
• Resolve daily customer queries through problem resolution and process improvement.
• Communicate with internal business customers.
• Manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related.
• Experience in finance or accounting department of a multinational company, shared service or related.
• Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies.
• Experience using SAP desired.
• Business‑level fluency (oral and written) in Japanese language is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
