Qualifications

• Experience as an account officer.

• Ability to handle AR & AP tasks and statutory submissions.

• Handle and monitor management reports and budgets.
• Oversee accounting tasks related to AR & AP.
• Liaise with auditors and assist in audit preparation.
• Ensure proper record maintenance for cash sales.

Job description

To handle and monitor management reports, statutory submission, audit, budget status report, finance report, cash flow etc

To do/oversee all the tasks related to AR & AP

Finance - To liaise with banks, monitor cash flows, task related to bank accounts/ online accounts application, assists in bank review, etc

Audit - Liaise with external and internal auditors and assist in providing documents requested for audit purpose

Cash Sales - Ensure proper record of counter cash sales before hand over to Director
