Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including AP, treasury, assets, inventories, taxes, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, audits, and tax returns.
• Provide financial performance data and analysis to management regularly.
• Ensure smooth department operations, including timely management accounts and projections.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and monitor actual performance.
• Handle the company's tax affairs.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and authorities.
• Manage cash flow and banking facilities to meet the company’s financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Prepare specific reports as requested by management.
• Coach and mentor subordinates.
• Verify claims, approve payments, and manage leave.
• Recommend promotions and perform appraisals for confirmation or increments.
