A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include issuing invoices, conducting reconciliations, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with policies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Issue customers invoices, credit and debit notes on a weekly basis. Work closely with the sales team on day-to-day functions.
Apply incoming payment to customer accounts and maintain updated records.
Check new credit applications and credit increase application documents.
Generate Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) report and aging report on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly closing activities and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
Perform other related duties as and when is required.
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Accounting/ Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
