Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process supplier invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
Bank & Cash Management
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Manage petty cash and reimbursement claims.
  • Track daily cash flow.
Taxation & Compliance
  • Assist with SST, income tax, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances.
Internal Controls & Documentation
  • Maintain proper financial documentation.
  • Support internal control practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality of financial data.
