A leading construction and engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Executive to assist in managing daily accounting operations, reporting, and compliance. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and have 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the construction industry. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential. The position offers opportunities for training in SAP HANA accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Familiar with SST and e‑Invoicing compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Record daily transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support in preparing journal entries and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely submission of SST returns and monitor cash flow.
