Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure full spectrum of accounting activities, including full set of accounting, reporting, reconciling entries to be up to date and transactions are properly recorded.
• Ensure cash book entries are up to date day to day and accurate.
• Prepare and analyze financial closing reports (monthly and quarterly).
• Prepare forecast Sales reports and monitor monthly Sales targets.
• Monitor and control the related project budget provided.
• Prepare Consignment Sales financial reports on a monthly basis.
• Prepare E-commerce financial related reports and commissions on a monthly basis.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum Diploma in related fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Can speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Candidate familiar with Autocount accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated to work.
• Possess own transport.
• Location: Balakong.
