A leading trading company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage customer and supplier invoices, prepare vouchers, and maintain fixed asset listings. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 3 years of experience, and strong time management skills. This role requires the ability to handle full sets of accounts and perform administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Knowledge of UBS software is a plus.
Handling customer and supplier invoices.
Prepare payment voucher, petty cash voucher, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
Maintaining fixed asset listing.
Working closely with operations and other departments to solve financing, accounting and operational issues.
To coordinate with banks on daily banking matters; preparation of cash flow forecast and maintenance of bank balances.
To ensure compliance with accounting standard and company policies.
Able to handle full sets of accounts and administration work.
Handle any ad‑hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
Preparing EA form, Form E, etc.
Liaise with external auditor, tax agents and statutory requirement.
Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance.
Candidates who have 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
A multi-tasker who can prioritize and perform in a busy work environment; excellent time management skills.
Knowledge in UBS software is an added advantage.
