A reputable F&B company in Selangor is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software. You will also assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements while collaborating with various departments to maintain accurate financial records.
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
Job Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounts-based role, preferably in the F&B industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
