The role involves troubleshooting client accounting issues and training clients on the Condo Master accounting module. Qualifications

• Must be highly analytical and organized.

• Must have full-set accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with accounting issues using the Condo Master system.
• Train customers on the use of the Condo Master accounting module.
• Collaborate with Accounts Support team to troubleshoot accounting problems.

We are expanding our accounts support team and are looking for someone with the following skills

• Highly analytical

• Love to troubleshoot accounting problems

• Good with numbers

• Very organized (maybe even a bit OCD!)

• Fluent in English, BM and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Good communication skills - emails, phone, in-person

• Experience in doing full-set accounts is a MUST

• Experience in property management accounting is a Big Plus

• Prior experience as an auditor is also a Big Plus

Job Description:

• Assist our customers to troubleshoot their accounting problems (Condo Master system)

• Train our customers on how to use Condo Master accounting module effectively in their day-to-day tasks

• Brainstorm with fellow Accounts Support team members to solve accounting problems.
