We’re looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Clerk (Data Entry) to support our accounting team. If you’re someone who enjoys organizing numbers, entering data accurately, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is perfect for you. Fresh graduates and candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of accounting information into the system accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare basic accounting documents (payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, etc.).
  • Assist in updating Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
  • Support in filing, scanning, and maintaining accounting documentation.
  • Assist the accounts team with daily administrative and ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all financial data.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year of experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
