Job Description

• Perform daily income audit function for hotels rooms
• Ensure that all income from rooms is taken up completely and correctly in accounting records
• Prepare Daily Sales Journal
• Prepare Daily Exceptional Report
• Report to Assistant Finance Manager on any breach on internal control procedures for rooms income audit
• Prepare reconciliation and analysis for Trade Debtors Account, Guest Ledger, Advance Deposit Ledger and others General Ledger Code assigned
• Responsible for upkeep of the section with regard to document control and office upkeep
• Liaise with individual operational personnel on all issues related to variances on income audit

Job Requirement

• Possess minimum SPM / LCCI / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U or Diploma / Certificate in Accounting / Finance / Banking or ACCA / CIMA / MICPA Level 1 or equivalent
• Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to write and converse in English
• Possess good disciplinary records
