Position: Accounts Assistant

Salary Package: RM2500 - RM3500

Working Location: Kepong, KL

Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)

Job Scope
  • Prepare monthly accounting report including cash flow & analysis
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Ensure employee database records are up to date
  • Responsible for AR, AP, General Accounting Task and daily accounting function
  • Manage Petty Cash and staff claims
  • Manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieval
  • Arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (Bahasa Malaysia & English), prepare and compile meeting minutes
  • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager
  • Maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines
  • Maintain proper recording of stock and inventory
  • Ensure availability of all forms and documents and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times
  • Implement basic accounting controls
Requirements
  • Accept Fresh Graduate
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or 1-2 years experience
  • Willing to provide support whenever requested including normal weekend & public holiday (only applied to special circumstances)
