Accounts Assistant (Near Cochrane MRT, KL)

Join our team as an Accounts Assistantfresh graduates in Accounting are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

Handle daily accounting tasks, including staff claims, supplier invoices, filing, and data entry of payment vouchers, official receipts, and supplier invoices into the SQL accounting system.

Ensure all supplier invoices are properly reviewed and verified by the Head of Department (HOD) with complete supporting documents before processing.

Assist with supplier statement reconciliation and follow-ups on invoices & check e‑invoice validation in mytax portal.

Support month‑end closing and maintain accurate financial records.

Preparing and support: bi‑monthly contract wages data update and checking.

Support office administration: stationery, courier, mailbox, filing & maintenance coordination.

Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience is an advantage — but not required for fresh graduates.

Basic knowledge of accounting systems (SQL is an added advantage).

Detail‑oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
