A prominent business group in Malaysia is seeking an individual to handle daily accounting tasks, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare statements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating monthly sales and aging reports, attending meetings, and supporting ad-hoc requests from management. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English are required. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and those with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, AP/AR management, and statement preparation.
Generate monthly sales and aging reports; attend monthly aging meetings.
Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Multitask effectively, show initiative, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Minimum qualification: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business/Administration/Management.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Willing to work in Kajang/Balakong Cheras.
Knowledge of Autocount System is an advantage.
