Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Mandarin for communication with stakeholders. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day‑to‑day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation accurately.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer aging reports.
  • Support external audits by preparing required documents and reports.
  • Liaise with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers, customers, and internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance‑related records.
  • Perform any other finance or administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to handle Mandarin‑language documents and communication.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
