What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the financial health and efficiency of the company. Your responsibilities will span full-set accounting, procedural compliance, and stakeholder communication, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full-set accounting: Manage the entire spectrum of accounting duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, balance sheet, and financial reporting.
  • Perform SST submission procedures: Ensure accurate and timely SST reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders: Communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malay to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Utilize accounting software: Work proficiently with UBS, SQL Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems to streamline workflows and maintain orderly financial records.
  • Support financial documentation and reporting: Assist in preparing annual accounts, reconciliations, statements, and reports within deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in full-set accounting tasks.
  • Language proficiency: Comfortable communicating in Mandarin, English, and Malay to engage effectively with a diverse clientele and workforce (Mandarin is essential for coordination with key stakeholders).
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with UBS or SQL accounting software, coupled with strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
