Job summary

A growing financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for multiple Account Cum Admin Executives. This role involves managing the full set of accounts and conducting payroll processing while providing support for administrative functions. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates in Accounting or related fields, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Training will be provided to enhance skills for effective financial management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged; training provided.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including management reports.
• Process payroll for the outlet.
• Execute daily accounting functions and month-end closing.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and conduct account analysis.
• Provide support with administrative tasks.
