Job summary

A law firm in Selangor is seeking an administrative professional to manage office supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist with accounting operations. Experience in an administrative role, particularly in a legal context, is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in office software and communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia, along with Cantonese or Mandarin, are advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Experience in an administrative role, along with other administrative tasks assigned from time to time (legal firm experience preferred but no mandatory)
  • To manage office supplies inventory, coordinating equipment maintenance, and ensuring the general tidiness and smooth running of the office environment
  • Assist day-to-day accounting operations such as official receipts, payment vouchers, invoices
  • Perform any ad hoc task as and when required
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative role (legal firm experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is an advantage
  • Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia, able to understand and speak Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Pro-efficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Pro-efficiency in accounting software such as SQL is an advantage)
