Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to be based at Shah Alam, Seksyen 15.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and develop the accounting team to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day financial operations.
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including account reconciliations, financial statements, management reports, financial analysis and regulatory reporting (including Bursa reporting, where applicable).
  • Ensure all accounting activities are carried out accurately, ethically and in compliance with relevant laws, accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents, ensure full compliance with audit, tax and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain, review and continuously improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial statements, tax planning and other financial analyses to assess both current and future financial stability.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management team.
