Your Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Accurate data entry and record keeping, including financial ledgers and supporting documents
  • Perform credit card, payroll (ADP), fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Assist with journal entries, basic financial reporting, and statutory records (marketing & entertainment expenses)
  • Support procurement and accounts payable, including invoice verification, batching, and payment coordination
  • Circulate and verify FX rates, manage petty cash, and support OPEX recharge processing

Banking & Vendor Coordination

  • Create vendor templates (including Chinese vendors) and manage vendor onboarding
  • Liaise directly with suppliers to verify contracts and details
  • Act as a key coordinator between vendors and internal stakeholders

Administrative & Office Support (Malaysia)

  • Support daily office administration: emails, mail, scheduling, filing, documentation, and supplies
  • Assist with facility-related matters such as office leasing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Manage central mailbox and general correspondence

IT & Asset Administration

  • Coordinate and follow up on IT asset allocation and confirmations with employees

Compliance

  • Ensure all transactions and processes comply with company policies and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, Navision, NetSuite) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
