Your Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Support
- Accurate data entry and record keeping, including financial ledgers and supporting documents
- Perform credit card, payroll (ADP), fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with journal entries, basic financial reporting, and statutory records (marketing & entertainment expenses)
- Support procurement and accounts payable, including invoice verification, batching, and payment coordination
- Circulate and verify FX rates, manage petty cash, and support OPEX recharge processing
Banking & Vendor Coordination
- Create vendor templates (including Chinese vendors) and manage vendor onboarding
- Liaise directly with suppliers to verify contracts and details
- Act as a key coordinator between vendors and internal stakeholders
Administrative & Office Support (Malaysia)
- Support daily office administration: emails, mail, scheduling, filing, documentation, and supplies
- Assist with facility-related matters such as office leasing, repairs, and maintenance
- Manage central mailbox and general correspondence
IT & Asset Administration
- Coordinate and follow up on IT asset allocation and confirmations with employees
Compliance
- Ensure all transactions and processes comply with company policies and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, Navision, NetSuite) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
