Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven working experience as an Accountant, Financial Controller, or in a relevant field.
