We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Accountant Admin to join our finance team at Bytewave Technology Solutions' in Muar, Johor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team, including filing and data entry
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
  • EPF, SOCSO, SST related process
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
