Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to local finance regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading & speaking) for business operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • This role is working from home (remote) but need to visit to client office 1 or 2 days in a week (day trip). Transportation allowance per day will be provided for such client visit made.
Requirements
  • Willing to visit client offices (day trip) for documentation works.
  • Owned working computer and stable Internet connection for work purposes.
  • Familiar with Xero accounting system will be added advantages.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and labor laws.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
