JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management account
  • Performing reconciliation of bank, intercompany, accounts receivable and payable
  • To ensure all FA Listing, Accruals, Prepayments, Profit Recognized, Subcontractors and Supplier invoices are processed. Resolve any accounting discrepancies and highlight any irregularities
  • Maintain financial records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and the identification of trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing proposal paper for BOD and Management Meeting
  • Liaise with external auditors, lawyers, bankers, clients, suppliers, and government bodies on related matters
