A technology solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to establish and manage relationships with clients' IT and business units. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly in GLC or Government segments for IT products. Responsibilities include delivering IT services, achieving sales targets, and monitoring market conditions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Establishes relationship with the client's Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their issues, needs, and requirements.
Manages client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met.
May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
Engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company
Ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
Investigate customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and to recommend corrective measures.
Present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations etc
Follow up on maintenance sales activities after warranty.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in GLC or Government segment for IT products or solutions sales.
Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill and people networking skills.
Good initiative, independent and task oriented.
