Account Manager – Edge Server & Edge PC Solutions

📍 Based in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Edge Computing segment. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong understanding of Edge Servers and Edge PCs, passionate about providing innovative technology solutions to clients in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, and smart infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for Edge Server and Edge PC solutions, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, resellers, and end-users.

  • Develop and execute account plans including strategy, objectives, and actionable steps to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align business objectives and deliver customized solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities, providing timely insights and feedback to management.

  • Conduct presentations and product training sessions to partners and clients as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in Edge devices, IT hardware, or commercial technology solutions.

  • Strong technical sales background and familiarity with commercial distribution and reseller ecosystems.
