A leading real estate agency in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage project marketing, and ensure campaign success. You will prioritize tasks, communicate with clients, and generate performance reports. Candidates should have 1-2 years of account management experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
1. Task Prioritization & Compliance
Prioritize daily work tasks to achieve set objectives.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all operational activities.
Monitor, report, and review campaign progress, providing weekly/monthly updates to management.
2. Client Relationship & Account Management
Identify and fulfil customer requirements, ensuring timely communication on campaign status and plans.
Provide advanced account management support, particularly for Tier 1/Corporate clients.
Maintain accurate data records related to campaign performance and communications.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential leads and existing clients.
3. Client Onboarding & Marketing Support
Execute onboarding processes for new clients, managing inquiries and requests effectively.
Liaise with internal teams to assist overseas clients during onboarding and campaign execution.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Generate recurring reports on campaign performance for clients.
Follow up with clients on campaign listing performance and propose updated strategies as needed.
5. Consumer Verification Calls
Conduct cold/warm calls to verify potential buyer leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, company websites).
Ensure accuracy of buyer lead information before transferring into the internal system.
6. Contract & Renewal Management
Proactively engage with existing clients to discuss renewals before contract expiration.
Strengthen client relationships by securing new contract agreements.
Qualifications
Education
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
