• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and statements.
• Review, verify, and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation, and AR/AP aging analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, maintain proper accounting records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with annual audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
• Handle general accounting-related tasks and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional accounting qualification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing the full set of accounts.
• Prior experience in logistics and trade is preferred.
