Qualifications

Job description

As an Accounts Executive at Wall Craft Sdn Bhd, you will support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to full-set accounts and management reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Handle day‑to‑day accounting operations: Full sets accounts, AP, AR, GL postings, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
  • Prepare monthly closing schedules: Journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset registers.
  • Assist in management reporting: Monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams, auditors, tax agents, and banks to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Invoices, credit notes, statements, and supporting files.
  • Support process improvements: Streamline accounting workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is required. Good English and Malay communication skills are an advantage.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in accounting or finance, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Partial professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
