Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices (billing).
  • Enter vendor bills and handle vendor documentation.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and monitor payment due dates.
  • Prepare payment list and assist in payment processing.
  • Handle AR, AP and data entry tasks.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing details, discrepancies, and clarifications.
  • Ensure accuracy of accounting records and proper filing.
  • (Additional Benefit) Able to handle full set accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience in accounting or billing (logistics industry is a bonus).
  • Proficient in AutoCount and e-Invoice.
  • Good command of English and Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and vendors.
