Job summary

A dynamic food company is seeking an experienced Account Executive in Penang. This role involves managing financial records, assisting in full set accounting, and processing employee payroll. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Yummyjoy Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Accounting and Reporting division, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and reporting processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in full set accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, e-invoice submission and month‑end/year‑end closing.
  2. Monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
  3. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  4. Process employee payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
  5. Perform ad‑hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Knowledge of accounting standards and basic taxation is an added advantage.
  4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
  6. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills..
