Job summary

A leading company in finance in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily bookkeeping and fund operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, proficiency with the SQL Accounting system, and a thorough understanding of intercompany accounts. Qualifications

Job description

Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping for the Group Head Office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records;

Manage daily fund operations, including bank transfers, payment processing, and internal settlements within the Group;

Record, reconcile, and monitor intercompany accounts among group entities;

Consolidate transfer records, bank statements, and supporting documents from all group companies;

Organize, maintain, and properly file accounting vouchers, bank documents, and payment records;

Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial data preparation;

Liaise with banks on a daily basis regarding account matters, transfer issues, and related documentation;

Support the Finance Manager and external accountants/auditors by providing required accounting and fund-related information.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles; experience in a group structure is an advantage;

Proficient in SQL Accounting system and able to operate independently;

Hands‑on experience in bank transfers and professional communication with banks;

Familiar with intercompany accounts, accounts receivable/payable, and cash flow management;
