Job Responsibility
  • Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Issue and submit e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN guidelines.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
  • Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling full set accounts.
  • Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations & SST.
  • Proficient in e-Invoicing system (LHDN MyInvois).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting.
  • Exposure to audit or external reporting.
