Job Responsibility
- Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
- Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Issue and submit e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN guidelines.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
- Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling full set accounts.
- Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations & SST.
- Proficient in e-Invoicing system (LHDN MyInvois).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting.
- Exposure to audit or external reporting.
