Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers while managing collections from clients.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data, create reports, and perform calculations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting‑related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with year‑end audits and tax filings, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors and tax authorities.
