Who You Are

The Experience: You have 3+ years of experience handling Full Set Accounts independently.

The Tech Stack: You are proficient in AutoCount or SQL.

Bonus: Experience with Bukku (Cloud Accounting) is a HUGE advantage.

The Mindset: You are a team player who is "young at heart"—you adapt quickly, communicate openly, and don't panic when things move fast.

The Qualification: Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (LCCI/ACCA/Partial).

The Details: You are highly organized, hate discrepancies, and can meet deadlines without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Full Set Accounting: Manage the complete accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL) and ensure all accounts are balanced and up to date.
• Bank & Cash: Perform timely bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Payments: Initiate and process payments to suppliers and staff claims with precision.
• Reporting: Assist in producing accurate monthly management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Compliance: Handle SST submissions, liaise with LHDN, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure we are always compliant.
• Digital Efficiency: Utilize modern accounting software to keep our finance operations running smoothly.
