Job summary

A financial services company based in Kajang is seeking an experienced candidate responsible for managing full sets of accounts and ensuring accurate financial statement preparation. The ideal applicant will possess a Diploma or Degree in accounting or finance and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include handling monthly closing, supporting the implementation of e-invoicing systems, conducting reconciliations, and recording transactions efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, monthly closing & financial statement efficiently.

• Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques timely.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in handling full sets of accounts, monthly closing & financial statement in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support implementation and monitoring of e-invoicing systems as per LHDN requirements.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely preparation of payment vouchers and cheque issuance.
• Record daily financial transactions including receipt, payments and invoicing.
• Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by the Accountant.
