Job summary

A company in the electric vehicle sector is seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in Chinese. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, managing inventory, preparing monthly accounts, and liaising with external parties. Attractive working hours of 5.5 days with alternate Saturdays off.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Entry level with the right attitude are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Daily issuing of delivery orders and sales invoices.

Overview

We are looking for an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & logistics function within the company, reporting to the Chief Operation Officer

Responsibilities
  • Daily issuing of delivery orders and sales invoices
  • Following up on stocks and inventory
  • Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers
  • Maintaining new items
  • Issuing of credit notes/debit notes
  • Organize and file daily/monthly documents
  • Assist in monthly stock take
  • Prepare full set of monthly accounts and maintain proper accounting documentations
  • Manage day-to-day operating activities
  • Liaise with external parties e.g. auditors, tax consultants and company secretary when necessary
  • Perform AP and AR functions
  • Prepare monthly payroll and staff claims
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL accounting systems is an added advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required; proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Fast learner and willing to grow with the company
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry level with the right attitude are welcome

WORKING HOURS : 5.5 days, alternate Saturday Off

Monday - Friday (08:30am – 05:30pm)

Saturday (08:30am – 12:30pm)
