A dynamic finance company in Selangor is seeking an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day operations and ensure accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include processing payments, bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly account closings. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Handle day to day accounting operations.
Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and document filing.
Process accounts receivable and payable payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly account closing
Monitor cash flow position and manage fund placement.
Handle SST/e-Invoice and other administrative matters.
Support audit processes and liaise with auditors when required
Manage ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Report to superior on issues or discrepancies promptly
1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
Able to work independently with discipline and good time management.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
