  • Handle day to day accounting operations.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and document filing.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly account closing.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage fund placements.
  • Handle SST/e-Invoice and administrative matters.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with auditors.
  • Manage ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Report discrepancies to superiors promptly.

Qualifications:

Able to work independently with discipline and good time management.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
