We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sin Line Tek Electronic Co. Sdn. Bhd. in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and bookkeeping operations, contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all bank transactions
  • Prepare and process supplier payments, including uploading transactions to the bank
  • Update and maintain customer payment records upon receiving collections
  • Post supplier invoices after receiving the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) from the logistics department
  • Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents
  • Process petty cash claims and maintain proper records
  • Handle daily accounting functions including data entry and maintaining account records
  • Assist with month‑end audits and support the month‑end closing process
What we're looking for
